Early in my career, I thought I couldn't do RE/MAX, I was afraid. My broker did a good job of making RE/MAX seem hard. I had to realize that where I was most of my money was going to a broker and so I expected a lot but actually received very little. Once I made the switch to RE/MAX, I noticed there was no more complaining about what the company wasn't doing, yearly rollbacks, where my listings were being advertised, having to do floor time when someone else wanted me to, mailings, etc. At RE/MAX, I realized I was in control of my own career and I started to enjoy it.
