We’re a small software and education company based in Des Moines Iowa that provides web-based software, and broker interviews to power up your Real Estate Business. We've been in business since 2005.

Why are you charging us?

This is either a recurring charge for the PaperlessPipeline, The Broker Roundtable, The Recruiting Ninja Website, AgentCareCenter, Or as an advertiser on an AgentCareCenter website.

Can we get an invoice for the charges?

Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you (or your co-worker) provided when you/they signed up.

How do I cancel my account?

If you know the product you’re signed up for you can cancel your account at any time. Just log into your account, click the “Account” tab, and click the Cancel link. Once you’ve cancelled you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for all previously incurred charges. You can always email us to cancel your products at support@zannee.com

Can we get a refund?

Charges are non-refundable, but once you cancel you will never be charged again. We don’t have long-term contracts, lock-in, signup or termination fees. Just pay as you go and cancel when you’re done. Please see the refund policy for further details.
